ZERO DISCHARGE WASTE WATER RECYCLING
UF Technology – Conventional Process
Membrane technology has assumed importance in the treatment of waste water and process streams. to membrane technology largely due to its limited or absent use of chemicals, with the broad objective of “total elimination of conventional chemical process with eco-friendly and cost effective membrane separation technology by R3 process – Reduce, Recovery and Reuse”.
Ultrafiltration is one of the membrane separation techniques which facilitates removal of suspended solids in liquid stream. Two types of membrane is available single and multicore membrane is available.

UF – leading edge technology in water treatment process.
- Boiler Feed Water – Colloidal Silica Removal
- Pre-treatment to R/O – Reduction of SDI Drinking Water – Removal of Pathogens
- Pre-treatment to Desalination – SDI Reduction
- Cooling Tower – Removal of suspended Solids / Microbes
- Treated Sewage – TSS / Turbidity / SDI Reduction
- Process Effluent Recycling – TSS / Turbidity / SDI Reduction
- Brine Clarification – Chlor – Alkali – TSS / Turbidity Reduction
Advantages
Ultra-filtration offers several advantages over conventional methods:
- Low Operating Pressure (0.5 to 0.8 Bar)
- High Performance Anti Fouling Characteristics
- Operating in Dead End / Cross Flow
- MWCO Range 10 KD to 100 KD
- Same UF Feed Pump used for forward Flush A & B
- Elimination of pre-coat filters
- Lower Power Consumption
RO
Reverse Osmosis plants to meet industrial and domestic requirements .we strictly designs all its systems as per the guidelines of the membrane manufacturers by utilizing the latest generation spiral wound thin film composite polyamide membranes. These membranes have extremely high resistance to fouling and thereby we could offer the best energy savings RO plants to our customers globally.
Advanced automation packages with PLC based Scada control system which monitors auto flushing, real time logging etc., and provision for either a wired or a remote communication to other locations. Hitech Fluid System automation packages are user friendly and flexible with respect to data access and data logging. Adequate security features with supervisory control with access codes are also provided.
ZLD
Zero Liquid systems eliminate liquid waste streams from your plant and produce high purity water for reuse. Certain factors make water a valuable resource and therefore it is considered a key manufacturing resource. Hence installing a ZLD system would maximize water recycles.
The ZLD system provides an economical solution to all industries which have to compete with local water availability, water costs and wastewater discharge criteria.
